RIght, so ignoring what is going on with EULA, I am writing this as someone who has never played a civ game and just tried this because it was free. I hate it. There is 0 explanation as to what you are supposed to do. The civ encyclopedia thing is a chore to read. The game settings are confusing as hell. Maybe I am retarded, but there is still no clear tutorial present in this game leaving me with a great deal of confusion.
