+ Good Graphics
+ Beautiful Soundtrack
+ Gorgeous housing and furniture system
+ Full voice-acting for all NPC lines
+ No racial or gender restrictions
+ Very deep world-building and lore
+ No conventional MMO grind
+ Intuitive fast-travel and respawn system
+ Encourages immersion and exploration
+ Best combat system in The Elder Scrolls series as of 2020

+/- Abundant player freedom
+/- Enemies scale with player level
+/- Development is heavily equipment-based
+/- Can feel a bit casual in comparison to other MMOs
+/- PvP can be a mixed bag at times
+/- Pay-to-play with a multitude of in-game transaction options

- Few tracks for combat music
- Lootboxes
- Inventory management is a nightmare for non-subscribers
- Craft Bag is exclusive to subscribers of ESO+
- Cosmetics can be a bit too overpriced
- 25 Active Quests limit can be frustrating
- Cannot invite members of a different alliance into a guild
- Arguably better content is locked as DLC
- The overpricing of Crowns (premium currency) deters new players
