In my opinion the best that paradox has to offer and one of the best Grand Strategy/4X Games out there, While it can be a little clunky with some mechanics (with it being old and all) it is still well worth the prices even with the Extra Expense of the DLCs (Which are Absolutely Necessary to get the best experience possible) along with quality of life mods such as HPM, HFM or Pop demand
