edit: the 1.06 update was all it took for me to finally be able to enjoy this game in its entirety. so the review is now positive as promised! i'd still like to see the other stuff implemented though.

i find the premise of the game to be exactly my thing and the puzzles to be quite enjoyable all in all, but i'll stop coping and set things straight: because the game has so little qol/ux i can't see myself continue playing it. currently i have to fight my own habits which makes the game feel like a chore more than anything and my whole body rejects opening the game because of that.

firstly i'd like to say that i'm not the kind of person that doesn't give second chances or leaves a negative review and never updates it, if enough of the issues stated below are resolved i will turn this into a positive review as soon as possible.

even though i know the game's supposed to play in 1998 (where things were different), here are some qol/ux suggestions i have, that i'd like to still see implemented:
- able to resize any puzzle related window (doesn't have to change the layout dynamically just add/remove scroll bars)
- browser tabs [for me fixed with 1.06's bookmarks]
- simple browser history [fixed by 1.06]
- native support for non-qwerty keyboards (mine is qwertz and i have to do ctrl + y to undo something) or able to rebind shortcuts [still not fixed for me]
- ctrl/alt + backspace for whole word deletion (in the sql editor)
- select text then press tab to indent (or shift + tab to un-indent) for (multiple) rows [added in 1.12]
- show the whole name of desktop files on hover (or at least on single click) [mostly fixed by 1.07 but there are still some table file names that are difficult to guess with only the partial name given]

now here are some minor qol features that aren't strictly necessary but can be thought about whether to add them sometime in the future:
- support more sql commands/functions (for example: between, full outer join, case when, etc.)
- able to chain multiple queries (separated by a semicolon)
- able to write inline comments using "--"
- sql table window grouping (through tabs for example; so it's not a necessity to have 10 windows open simultaneously just for sql tabels on certain levels) [added in 1.13]
- able to increase the audio message volume even higher

House Flipper WW2 edition.
Poland just Uno reverse carding WW2.

good:
-graphics are stunning
-very pretty environment and details
-great feeling of generally the game and after restoring
-lots of unique things to do
-satisfying and relaxing gameplay
-very fitting and well sounding music
-menus and UI are well done and fit nicely
-helpful tutorial and tips (mostly)
-grinding factor is better than in other similar games
-developers care about the community and read reviews
-bunny hopping!!!
-throwable hammer!!!!!!

bad:
-very long game start times
-weird hitboxes of some objects (like mice, metal plates)
-object collision with player/vehicle is very buggy
-sometimes after demolishing something, dropped items get thrown far away

improvements/fixes (my opinion):
-hold to pick up (because of small hitboxes and often lots of objects to pick up)
-faster cutting torch upgrade
-the "unstuck" option should reset your vehicle completely, after pressing it 5 times or so, because it often just makes my vehicle stuck just again after being stuck, so it doesn't help
-crouch function (because of sometimes being stuck somewhere I could easily escape by crouching)
-bigger "pickup hitboxes" for small or hard to pick up objects (like railings, small rocks, small wooden planks)
-broken down concrete walls are really buggy, you can destroy them by jumping on or pushing them (it's actually more effective than hammering it) and when hitting concrete while standing on it, you can get catapulted really far or even just by touching it, they are also often invisible but still have collision
-the wrecking ball shouldn't go up as much (more weight), it's harder to wreck smaller things (although you could just do it with the hammer)
-I know the devs will add it sometime, but the building of a construction site is lacking everything

sound effects:
some of them sound nice like when demolishing wood or stone, but some are hard on the ears like the crow caws or wind and some of them are completely missing, examples: when opening a train door, when demolishing some roof parts or in some menus like in the crafting bench (so there where you think there would be sound effects).

I really enjoyed the game, although it just released, it is very much playable, had some good times and fun, by updating and fixing (which the devs are doing), this game could be a very attractive and replayable simulator.
P.S.: I was not trying to hurt anyone with this review, I've just given my own opinion and tried to make the game with my ideas better.
