The (free) app integration makes it great as a social sort of game, too and the benefit is that only one person has to buy this game and can host the game for up to 3 friends to join. The game itself is amazing, easily rivalling some of my favourite board games like Gloomhaven (which you can see a lot of similarities with)

The characters are all very unique and have their own strengths and weaknesses - I love the choice of making them a little less common in terms of fantasy species and classes, this definitely makes every character seem fresh.

My only warning is that you do need everyone to download the app and there doesn't seem to be a way to play without the app, even if you want to just play a single player game which means you need to always have an internet connection. I hope this is something the devs can look into in the future but that's also something I was aware of before buying so my complaint is just a minor one.
