RECEPTAS
Ingredientai:
Bulvės– 3-3,5 kg (neskustų);
Svogūnas - 1 didelis;
Pienas – 250-300 ml;
Kiaušiniai– 2 vienetai;
Druska, malti juodieji pipira
Augalinis aliejus

Bulves nuskutame, nuplauname ir sutarkuojame. Jeigu tarkiai gavosi per daug vandeningi, nuspaudžiame nereikalingą skystį per marlę. Svogūną sutarkuojame, dedame į bulvių tarkius ir išmaišome. Pieną užviriname ir nuplikome juo bulves. Turi gautis gana skysta masė. Įmušame kiaušinius, beriame druską, pipirus ir viską gerai išmaišome. Skardą išklojame kepimo popieriumi, ištepame jį aliejumi ir supilame tarkius. Bulvių plokštainis kepamas apie 1 valandą 40 midučių vidutinio karštumo orkaitėje. Skanaus
