Simply put: it's an awesome game! I'm a huge fan of synthwave music and 80's Miami. Retrowave has both of that! As far as gameplay goes, it's a pretty straightforward endless runner-type game with a few extras, such as time attacks. Oh, and the vaporwave soundtrack is awesome!
