DOTA 2 have an enforced 50% winrate to players. It was an intended mechanism to attempt to balance out streak winners to give chance to others as not frustrate the losers to quit playing the game thus ensuring the player base numbers would remain. ( Elo rating system )

Exactly the same like the most failed and inefficient system in the world ( the real world, Where the rich and the strong enjoy the most and have the most facilities while the poor and the weak do not even taste life ). By forcing successful people to fail, you are forcing them to lose still no matter how hard they try so they have to stay and try more. And by giving victory and joy to those who do not deserve to breathe at all. You make them stay and play more.

The game world was the only world where you could not travel a year in one night or cheat or buy love with money! But now money has changed it and gaming has joined the mud of history. It does not matter if you are a stupid Unconscious in the real world who can have anything with your father's money. Or a noob you can not even understand the basics of the game or even move the mouse. They always give you something you do not deserve.
