an incredibly moving and heart felt experience, the ending in particular was an emotional roller coaster

One of the best fighting games ive ever played, long time fan of the series but never really connected with any single entry enough to grind rank, learn strings and matchups etc but something about the fast pace of Tekken 7 just makes it so gratifying to learn and master a character and progress your rank. I love the fact that each character maintains an independent rank, so you can experiment with alternative characters without losing your progress on your main.

Biggest cons are the price of entry for the complete game, being that you can get ultimate edition and still have to pay for season 3 pass, however i got the same on sale for 9 dollars so the price was very fair for my purchase, that being said they really need to fix the ranking system to where rank cannot be backed up locally and restored, this is cheating plain and simple, and should be addressed if not in Tekken 7 than hopefully Tekken 8.

a real masterpiece and a reminder of what the open world genre can achieve with dedication to narrative and immersing the player in the world.
