Early Access Review
I generally don't write reviews, but this game in particular has sparked an interest. Early access, $15, singleplayer only, is it worth it?

I found myself playing this game for almost an entire day when my ISP had an outtage in my area, but outside of that here is my list of pros & cons:

PRO:
- The amount of bots are only limited by what your PC can handle
- The AI on your team split themselves into squads of 4, pushing areas together and waiting for each other on vehicles, and seemingly have a leader as you will notice a common hand signal being given by some bots when they are with their group (this is very helpful if you're driving a vehicle like a transport boat with bots in them, as they tend to not exit the boat even when you reach land unless you're in the area the bots intended to go)
- The AI has really good control of aircraft (their ground vehicle control on the other hand can be up and down)
- At the start of rounds bots do a pretty good job of balancing the amount of troops that go in each direction so 1 direction isn't entirely stacked
- Overall, the game is a great way to kill time

CON:
- The developers have very much expressed they won't be adding multiplayer, which is a shame considering even having co-op with 1-3 friends or so would be a great selling point
- The AI just like any other game have some sketchy behaviours, sometimes they cheat in very minor ways
- Even on hard the bots aren't that difficult to kill, your deaths are generally just being caught off-guard or by vehicle and a majority of your losses if any will just be because the enemy's bots bested yours
- You yourself don't seem to be on any squad as I mentioned above regarding bots, so good luck getting bots in your vehicle unless you join a vehicle already occupied by a bot(s)
- There's no way to kick bots out of vehicles or trade spots with them without killing them
- If you reach land with a transport boat and you were driving it, bots won't get out unless it was the area they intended to go if it was driven by AI (read pros above about kind of understanding where they want to go)
- There's no way to interact with your AI, meaning they are doing their own thing all the time while you are doing yours
- The game modes have no natural ending, meaning all there is is a GUI popping up saying which team won for a few seconds, then it goes away and the game continues so you have to end the game yourself which is just very awkward
- All modes except Spec Ops (WIP so the mode isn't really worth playing in its current state) don't allow you to change the win condition numbers, and it doesn't scale based on the amount of bots either so the more bots there are the faster the games "end"
- The bot pathing with water vehicles is pretty linear so it's not uncommon to see them ramming into each other every now and then, this sometimes applies with the rest of the vehicles
- Vehicles seem pretty hard to use considering how easy it is to take them down (aiming in a vehicle doesn't compensate for the vehicle turning, so it becomes difficult to aim in it) as almost every bot has an RPG or something to deal with helicopters and such, and shooting enemies out of a vehicle isn't very hard either
- Bots tend to walk in a lot of moments they could be sprinting
- There's a really annoying mechanic where most of the time with almost any weapon (I heard headshots tend to negate this), when you kill an enemy, they're not really dead, instead you just knocked them down into a ragdoll effect like they would if they died but they get back up in a second or two and you have to finish them off (killing them the 2nd time should make them die for sure) - I like this mechanic but it happens way too often; I don't think it should be happening if you get shot in the chest or so by a sniper

VERDICT: If you are fine with the singleplayer experience and you look forward to the promising updates the developers have proposed, this is worth the $15. The modding community is already pumping out some custom maps, so you shouldn't be too quick to get bored of the maps. However, this game is merely just a way to kill time or hop on for a couple of games (as of now anyways with the small amount of content it has), not something you would dedicated hours daily to (in my opinion),
