It's simply the best non-fromsoft soulslike I've played. If you like these types of games this one has everything you could want. Build variety and replayability, good graphics and bosses, and the level design reminiscent of older souls. I know will be playing this game a lot in the coming years along fromsoft games.

This is a mix of Wrestling and a bit of the gameplay style of Football Manager. It results in possibly the best wrestling sim out there. This game is still in early access but what's there allows you to run your shows and companies with a great level of detail. This game is made by one guy and it shows in the sense that this game has incredible untapped potential that's just being slowly uncovered. The game is also very moddable and you can download packs for basically any promotion or era you can think of.
I hope more fanss get to know this game because I really want it to succeed, it's very good right now with the potential of being amazing as time goes on and more dev time is put into it. Still right now it is a worthy buy for any fan.

Best football sim on the market by far but if you're buying this anually don't expect large improvements between versions.

Honestly, one of the best Wrestling games in recent memory. It has a lot of room to grow but what's here is really good. The fighting mechanics are simple but have some depth as well, sort of like a combo breaker system from Killer Instinct, it has a lot of freedom.
The mygm mode seems gimped though. Plays more like a card-based wargame than a simulation, but once you realize this and forget it's a real GM mode, it's actually a really fun game mode. Universe mode is basically your sandbox mode where you can set up shows however you want and create storylines and superstars, but it lacks the managerial aspects of a true sim. I think if they manage to fuse these two modes in the future we will have one of the best wrestling manager sims around.
There are tons of options for creating custom wrestlers too, and you can download custom creations from inside the game. I'm spending most of my time in Universe mode and having a blast, I absolutely recommend this game, even though it has a lot of room to grow for later installments.

Well, just spent 4 hours trying to play this game. Stuttering and framedrops galore, every time I engage the boss it just slows down and speeds up randomly. I'm on a vega 56 and a Ryzen 5 2600x, more than enough to run this properly. No matter the settings, the stutter won't go away, even on low settings 720p and offline, it just doesn't matter. Very disappointing but I can't recommend this right now.

It's a pity this game had a bad launch. It's not a perfect game but it's a fun looter shooter, much more fun that a lot of the more recent ones. Weapons and combat are really fun and the devs have done a lot of work since release.

So I've been playing this game for a while now. I liked slay the spire and I also like this one, which is very similar but has its own spin on things and some innovative ideas for this genre. This is basically the only card roguelike I've played that doesn't make it punishing to put many cards in your deck, it's kind of liberating.
There are only 4 heroes, but there are many playstyles within them. I wish we had more. The treasures are a bit hit and miss, I think some are very strong, but I feel in StS they really transformed your builds whereas in this game they feel more like general enhancements to your gameplay in general.
The progression, at least for me, feels very slow compared to other games but changes in the talent tree do have a strong impact in how much stronger you become in your runs, so I was fine with the slower, kinda grindy pace. Finally, the way you choose modifiers for your run is pretty genius IMO, allowing you to customize your run to what you're feeling at the moment.
Overall, great game, tons of good ideas but could be expanded much more. I fear due to the detailed art style this game won't lend itself well to mods and people including new classes so I'm hoping the devs come with more content in the future even if it's paid for.
Recommended for sure.

The campaign's story is very cool and it doesn't drag too long. The game feels much better and fun after you start unlocking the heroes' abilities. It's fun to drop in daily and complete a few missions.

More compact and elegant game design than CK2.

This game nails it. It's what I wanted out of a remake for this game and more, the systems and combat are deeper than before and the story is expanded. It's still really fun and the new music is EXCELLENT. Highly recommended.
