Considering the price of the game the state that the game is in at the moment is completely disrespectful. There are lots of bugs and its impossible to get into the game. The que system is a joke and you have to wake up extremely early to actually get into the game. Of course there are always long ques at every release when a new game comes out, but the fact that you get disconnected every couple of hours make it impossible to deal with. If you alt tab accidently while you are in the que you get thrown out of the que, and after a while you get disconnected. I started queing 17:00PM today with que number 1500, after several disconnects im 1500 again at 21:30PM.
Its also super hard to play in windowless without having frames on the side, and the character customization is non existent. The game itself looks good but when you pay 46 dollars and you have to google how to play borderless because the game is super buggy its a big rip off.
