You don't get any end of match rewards (strawberries), so you can't obtain any cosmetics or play ranked. This apparently has been a bug for some time with no word from the dev.

Balance feels heavily tilted towards catty, since the fridge is the only source of food and they can kill ratty before you can even pick up a food as it derps around the phsyics engine when you bump into it. You can get around catty with some flying items, but they're very limited and when you're out, you're grounded. Map is very small, and hiding as ratty seems pointless since catty is the one defending.
