Escape from Tarkov is hell. And I mean that in the best way possible.

This game will break you internally. It will make you angry. You’ll ask yourself, “Why the hell am I even playing this?” and then you’ll queue up for another raid anyway. If you truly enjoy what Tarkov offers, you’ll sink hours upon hours into it without even realizing it.

Is this game for everyone? No and it was never meant to be. Tarkov is a hardcore extraction shooter that was designed to be brutal, unforgiving, and realistic, and it stays true to that vision. It’s difficult, punishing, and demanding but that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding.

Do I think it’s worth the money if you’ve never played it? Yes, absolutely. If you’re new and curious, Tarkov offers an experience you won’t really find anywhere else.

As for longtime players like myself if you already own the best editions and extras, you don’t need to rebuy anything unless you truly want to support Battlestate Games. That’s where I was at. Since the 1.0 release alone, I’ve put in over 100 hours, already owned everything, but decided to support again because I’ve gotten more than enough value from this game and I had some extra money to spare.

Tarkov is misery, frustration, adrenaline, and obsession all rolled into one and if that sounds appealing to you, welcome to hell. You’ll be right at home.

If you want a good story this is the game to play. Played it in one session and regret not playing it sooner.

I have around 5k hours total on OSRS its worth it.

Things to do:
Combat - 8 skills are apart of the combat scene of this game and yes its point and click but you still have to think about what you are doing and can't just click once and leave.
Skilling - You will be doing this alot of the time, but there is reasons to do it, want to have a the best amulet in the game well gotta go get crafting up.
Content - There is so many different collection logs to work towards, and big updates couple times a year usually.
Updates Weekly - Every week there is a list of changes that come out that help the players all over.

So, I came into this game series back in 07-08 just seeing the promotional for it and going ooo this looks good, by the time I got to play the first game it was 2015 and I wasn't like the feel of it probably because by that point games had changed so much.

When I heard Stalker 2 was coming, i was ready to pre-order right then and there but i held back. I played about 10hrs on gamepass before buying it on here a few months later. the optimization was bad at launch but they have fixed so much. Also mods for anything you want. with only 18hrs i would say its worth it on a sale.

So, let start out by saying I have another 20hrs offline that didn't get tracked and another 20 hrs on another platform. Yes I bought this game and DLC twice. It is 100% worth it for the story, and side missions. Also it's on sale quite a bit grab it then if your unsure because there is easily 100hrs worth of content hiding in this game. Skyrim with Guns for me personally

I recommend this game to anyone that wants to give it a real try. I have beaten it on 3 different platforms already and probably going to again on this one. I just keep restarting the story because Aiden is a relatable character if you actually pay attention and like story telling of darker stories.

So after playing almost 40hrs in the span of 48hrs and only missing 3 achievements. Battlefield 6 when i first booted into this game i was like oh no something is gonna be messed up or i'm gonna break completely and just want to refund it but honestly this might be my multiplayer game of the year and i will say is the best game in the series since Battlefield 3 (in my opinion) it does a lot of things right, but it does have some drawbacks

Pros:
- Campaign, it took me roughly 4-6 hrs i wasn't really keeping track and the reason i wasn't keeping that is because the story is so damn good. Does it have drawbacks sure, but at the end of the day if they continued the story in some way id be happy. 8/10 for the campaign

- Multiplayer, it's a return to form after years of wanting that i want to grind the game. I have played alot of shooters over the years but when i think of my favorite it will always have Battlefield 3 in the running for most time played. 9/10 for the Multiplayer

- Visuals and stability, when I first booted up the game i was expecting my pc to explode because i know how insane the engine that Battlefield usually uses and it eats a pc. That being said I run at 90-120fps constantly only drops if i have a video playing or discord stream going (i don't know if its the anti-cheat or the engine but its noticeable on Skate also).
9/10 for the multiplayer

Now For the Cons (Every game has them):

- Bloom (or spread depends who you ask). This needs nerfed at least a little bit. not being able to full auto at some targets in a FPS game at 50+ yards without the bullets going everywhere. Its a minor frustration for me because i mostly shoot single fire or in quick burst, but is causing major issues in the community from what I have noticed.

- Movement. During the first weekend of the beta it felt amazing and you could really push the skill gap of the game, then came week 2 where it just felt nerfed a bit but not as bad as it was when i first boot up retail. It's been nerfed to the point that people have quit because of it. Honestly if you are good at shooters you will do fine with aim but movement definetly will make you stand out. you can still move, but it feels like inertia was added to the game that slows down the player to a point its penalizing after 2 jumps and that's understandable but its a ARCADE shooter not a milsim.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TLDR: GAME IS FUN GO PLAY IT

Bonus for Milsim player:
I don't know what happened to the community of Battlefield where it went from being a fun shooter and doing dumb things to OH THATS NOT REALISTIC. UH actually its Battlefield not Arma I said what i said.
