Hey guys! I'm Lt. Rice. I'm 21 22 23 24 25 26 and am the owner of ProtoMod. I was active in Gmod from 2005-2015, a full 10 years.

I'm not gaming nearly as much as I used to, as whatever I touch, I tend to get obsessed with. I've always been active in designing communities and building them up in Gmod, and learned most of my core skills when it comes to media from there. I'm now a freelance cinematographer in NYC, and unfortunately can not allow myself to get into games like I used to. When I get too into a game, I stop making rent, so that's not a good idea. :)

Besides that you may know me from Overwatch, peaking at #142 EU, or as the project lead for the never released -Rocket League Spaceship Shooter- 'Starlight Rising'! Woohoo! And if you've been around forever, then you may know me from MyGmod, Liquid Game, Absolute Gamers, Plane Builders, Rezon and of course... ProtoMod.

ProtoMod, being my most successful community, coming out of nowhere, without the intent to even boom like it did. I was quite literally just testing TTT on my server, and "Raz" joined I believe. And I was rebooting the server left and right, but people kept on coming back, I guess they liked the constant updating and development chain. The TTT server was frequently listed at #1 on GameTrackers.com , and at it's peak month, would be full for hours on end, and rarely go empty overnight. I have Bzaraticus to thank for providing me with a free Dedicated Server I was able to use over the years, and all my senior staff who played with me, and continued to manage the community for an entire year after I had gone inactive.

It's truly been a blast and I cherish these memories dearly, and for whoever may be reading this, I hope you've gained a little knowledge on the history that has made Rice.
