Report a translation problem
If the animations are too slow or too fast you want to decompile the weapon and increase the FPS value if too slow or decrease it if too fast until it looks okay. There is no magic number.
If the animations are all broken you want to decompile the original weapon the custom weapon replaces and check the order of its animations, and change the order in your custom weapon to match that.
Which mods? I show a handful of them in those so I don't know which one you're talking about in specific.
