Short and sweet, nothing too serious

Bingeable game, worth the money. Was it the most amazing game on the planet? No. Did it need to be? No.

Glad the devs recognized the mismatched pacing of the mid-game quests and worked to fix it.

Great soundtrack, I only wish there were more tracks as it feels like the music loops a bit too much. Gameplay is fast and fun, but I'd say the combat system in the original TWEWY was better. Hard to recreate the feeling of controlling two separate characters simultaneously like on the DS. Despite that, this game is worth picking up for fans of the series.

Needs major balance changes in order for there to be any serious multiplayer scene, otherwise multiplayer will only consist of friends trying out the game together.

Great time killer, very hypnotizing! My friends and I played other games like Factorio and this scratches that itch just right.

Very glad that I got this game. Played during the beta, but in my opinion there weren't enough people in the Beta to justify switching from classic AoE2. Now that the game is released, I'm glad that more people are playing it. Yes there are bugs, but the devs seem to be making an active effort to polish them out and provide a great experience.

One simple idea though that I think would have massive results: Allow players to switch to "classic mode" so they can play with classic graphics and gameplay. This would unite the community and give the old time players more incentive to move over to the new game.

Very good expansion. Loyalty system adds an exciting change to the dynamic of early game rushes. Emergencies also provide a nice balance against civs which are too far in the tech tree.
