A short horror game about the mundane horror of working in a fast food kiosk. About 1.5/2h worth of gameplay, worth it as a short experience.

A short game (5-6h to 100%) with a really fun premise. Definitely worth it!

I don't think my thoughts on this game have crystallised enough yet that I could express them properly in a review, but at this point what I can say is that I'm fairly certain this is the best puzzle game of all time , without a hint of hyperbole or exaggeration.

I enjoyed the game, though (at least for how we generally value games currently) it's entirely too expensive for what you get. I'd say something closer to £20 is what most people would find fair.

In terms of content, I'd best describe the game by pointing to We Happy Few. The number of similarities is honestly quite funny, putting aside the UK setting and the time period, even many game mechanics are similar. The game is also lacking the polish you'd want to see from an immersive sim, not quite to the degree of WHF but honestly not far either.

I 100%ed the game in just shy of 30 hours. I played on max difficulty fully blind, and by mid-game I was drowning in expensive loot and buying out traders outright. The game is quite easy even on max difficulty, and the "diverging storylines" are a bit of a joke. If you are inquisitive and smart about it, you can get to endgame without locking yourself out of any ending, make a save, then complete each ending in like 10mins from the diverging point.

TLDR: Fun game, but give it a year to fix bugs and add some polish, release a DLC or two. Then buy it on a 66% discount.

Great little game to try in co-op! Can be 100%ed in 1/2h. For the price asked, it's definitely worth the entertainment.

Many of the criticisms that people have of the game are true - but if you have a powerful enough machine and are okay with playing a still-expanding game, I would very much recommend it.

As of writing this the developers have done 100 weekly updates with not a single week missed. While I'm not a fan of live service kind of games - this is as good as it gets.
