8gb ram

i know a person who have a lower pc then me and he play without any drops

i have ryzen 5 1400 processor and 1050ti and got 30 fps why !!!!!!!! i have tried everything but 0 result
plz i payed 30$ for 30 fps ? fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem
