Grew up with this beast. Still the best shooter ever IMO. (Close call with BF:1942)

Although lacking real story and immersive content, Path of Exile's skill tree and gem system are one of the best I've ever seen in the RPG genre. The systems are complex and extremely personal when it comes to building a character. Skills from any character type are accessible no matter which type you start with, and all gems can be used as long as you find or make the proper equipment to use them in the way you want to. It is a difficult system to understand at first, but this is where the wikis and forums are a true friend and council to any newcommers to the game. Partying is highly effective in boss fights, and a lot of fun to be a part of, not to mention easy, simple and very rewarding with greater loot drops. Overall this game has more pros than cons, making it an easy 7/10, and 10/10 when compared to other free-to-plays.
