Bought the game like 2 weeks after launch. Boot it up, have an amazing time and the developers are amazing and interactive with their community. Only to on May 3rd be informed that I now need to make a PSN account to keep playing the game that I purchased(Never owned a Playstation in my life). "It says on the store page that you need a PSN account to play the game" What? Where? Oh...hidden away on the right side in tiny text under controller support info, like they're ashamed of it.

This is Sony simply wanting our information and data, to boost their PSN numbers to tell shareholders how well they're doing and make their stocks go up. This has nothing to do about our security because Sony is infamous for having some of the worst security.

Give us an incentive to make an account and link it, don't force this corporate bullsh!t on us.

While Sony has forever lost our trust forever, if they ever had it, they pulled back on their PSN requirement. A huge W for Helldivers and for the gaming community as a whole.

So I can now HIGHLY recommend this game. It's a blast with both friends and strangers you'll encounter. Everyone is here for the same cause. MANAGED DEMOCRACY AND SUPER EARTH!!!

So far the game has been a blast. No bugs. Smooth performance. No crashes. At the moment of writing this I can highly recommend this game

You could say it's pretty good

So far from what I've seen it's been a fun game and you will definitely get your money's worth out of it. Interested to see what other updates the game gets

It's been a while since I found a good tower defense game/RTS like. It can be a bit of a grind at the beginning to start unlocking things before you start feeling a meaningful progression pace but other than that there's a lot of content to find here.

Devs bullied me, 10/10

Been really enjoying the game. I hope they add more things in the future to add more depth and replayability.

It frequently crashes. I've booted the game up twice and it has crashed on me twice, and in the process losing all of my progress both times.
In a game where you want it to run in the background over a long time, like an idle game, it needs an auto save feature but most of all be able to run for longer than 2 hours.

Crashes on Day 1. Classic.

Edit: Apparently it's such a huge issues with crashes that they disabled DC penalities...oof

Edit 2021-10-23. The year is 2021, more than 5 years since DbD came out and they've yet to learn how to release complete and functional content. I logged in today to find out that the Healing Boon perk has been disabled. The only reason why probably 90% of anyone bought this DLC for. Great job, BHVR, another DLC and another disappointment.

Another DLC, another buggy mess of a release. Apparently right now as of writing this, you will have a 50% chance of crashing/DCing games with Pinhead in them.
Pinhead's Lunge doesn't work as intended, how do you mess up a Lunge? You will lose momentum as you touch things or spin around while lunging, making you miss a lot, hits that every other killer would hit. Or you know how you sometimes use your lunge mid-air to help you gain momentum or catch a survivor falling? Yeah not anymore you're not.

And a final note, the voice line as memey and funny as it was made in the community like "HE CAME!" it's something i really miss and kinda ruined it when it's gone right now.

A very promising game with a lot of potential, sadly that's currently all there is. A lot of promise and hopes to be filled. In its current state i cannot recommend it.
