Very short - but very fun game.
Even with going through all dialog choices (and having to restart the game because of missed achievement) it took me just about 2.5 hours to beat it completely.
But with the amount of FUN this game provide - it is well-spent time.
Tongue-in-cheek humor, Renaissance art and music, easy gameplay - what not to like?
Sure, you can miss a few achievements on the first run, but it's easy to just restart the game and get them on a second try (careful - there's only one savefile).
And even if you have no idea how to solve some of the puzzles - just poke around and you'll find the way.
For art geeks it's also very interesting to try and find all the ways paintings were altered, mixed, and blended. And developers did a great job of that - it seems so organic.

The only real downside I see to Four Last Things - I can't pet or feed the dog. That's jsut one sad pup - and I feel despondent.
