First, I am glad i didn't paid the 30$ for this game, since i got it for free as an POE1 Founder, sadly the GGG is not what they used to be 12 years ago, they hopped on the gacha boxes, battlepass, hyper MTX/Monetisation bandwagon like the big Asia Games.

The launch day for an early access tittle which peaked arround 300.000 cumulative players was a catastrophy. 3 Hours delay bug fiesta with queues, disconnects, wipes. Never play on patchday right...

Then in the game, you are like what is this? We have 2024? Genderlocked classes? Zero customisation? Even mobile games have hair styles, hair colors or eye colors... Nope in POE2 everyone looking exactly the same. 0 Uniqueness when it comes to style and visuals. :( (Unless you buy Cosmetic MTX in the cashhops...)

Then they had Twitch drops at launch, but not the normal drops like "watch and get something".... no you got a Unique Pet if you Gift 2 Subs on twitch -> 10$ for a FOMO Pet already in Early Access??... Yeah you see how the monetisation of GGG going downhill over the last decade.

- 🔴No class depth and uniqueness, everyone can do anything, you can run a Witch or Sorceress with an Axe... its very cringe
- 🔴No Cinematics, Epic stuff, Real Story/Lore
- 🔴No Character Creation System
- 🔴Genderlocked classes
- 🔴New Skill System is way worse, you only dropping Level 3 skill gems but already have all level 3? Bad luck for your, your still stuck at level 3 then... No matter if you made 10 levels or not.
- 🔴Game is designed and balanced about the new Dodgeroll, which makes it much more feeling like Dark Souls. This is not an ARPG anymore, you wont killing hundreds of monsters at the same time anymore. The Game difficulty is way to high, I had a Legendary/Unique Weapon beeing 2 level above the zone, fully skilled on Damage and my Lightning Spell still need 4-5 Casts to kill 0815 Monsters... Much Fun right :3 ? not realy.
- 🔴Way less drops and dopamine hits when it comes to itemisation and story progression
- 🔴No clear goals/path, you still need guides else you stuck 10 hours+ in Act1
- 🔴You are forced to use multiply skills nowdays, this isnt the same as POE1, where you can grab your favourite skill minmax that and have fun. No you need to use multiply skills now. The Skill tree even switches to the 2nd weapon automatically.. -> You literally have to play 2 builds same time to be efficient.
- 🔴 POE2 community is still same level on toxicity as POE1. Many new people asked in chat for help, they got insulted and harassed. Specialy when it comes to game difficulty, which is way to high.
- 🔴Cashshop prices still crazy, 30-60$ for skin set... This game has Greedy Supporterpacks worth 100/200 even 300$+
- 🔴 Still no Set Boni Gear to chase or collect
- 🔴 Game is heavily focused on 3rd party apps/tools/websites, dont use them? Get big disadvantage compared to anyone else. :(
- 🔴 CPU Spikes still exists
- 🔴 The Game is even more visual clutter then POE1, compared with the "mandatory" Dodge roll (the game is balanced arround) , i am unable to play this game properly without getting motionsickness, dizziness and fatigue feelings.
- 🔴 The Game makes you distress, the Boss had 1% HP left, you died, guess what? Have to do the whole boss again from 100% ... This is way worse then in POE1...

boring, you run arround search random stuff, die 24/7 (Sun, No Blood, or other gimmics). Feels like a Souls Like

not playable anymore. If u press start it says contact support. you can't contact support since the official metin2 website is not existance anymore. metin2.co.uk and metin2.de redirect you to gameforge website.. No support. No info, nothing.

💚💚💚 The only purpose of this game is literally benchmark your PC. If you can run this game on Max setting ~60fps, you have a decent PC in 2022.

💚 Its a new game to spend some time on and get some distraction from the current stuff happening in the world - It would be better if we had a Demo version.

💚No Payed DLC's / Microtransactions yet.

💔The purpose and goal of the game is dull and has no motivation at all. In other games you have a story to follow, or quests to do. With a goal "Protect the World from X, or Find item Y to close a barrier" In Elden Ring u walking arround 24/7 randomly without any goal. Maybe you face some boss somewhere randomly in the world without any connection or background story. Even finding the tutorial path to the first boss can take an hour if u dont google a guide.

💔The Navigation and UI is dull and bad. No minimap, No Waypoints or Arrows that show you where u have to go, Not even a Quest window on your screen. I spend 1 hour in the tutorial room, until i have to find out that you need to search a lever to activate an elevator. No one telling you that... No Blue arrows that show you where to go. Nothing. You dont even realise you aciden

💔You can brick your safe-game while accidentaly attacking a friendly npc.. they spawncamp you and kill you over and over again.

💔The combat feels like a 2010 game.. it feels like Oblivion or some super old Middleage Game.. You dont even have a skillbar or anything... You have normalattack, dodge, block and some potion/item and ONE Spell (which you can change in combat buts its clunky, u have to stay afk for like 3 sec and dont get hit to change from Staff to Sword) This game is basically Just normal attacks, since after 4 spells u are out of mana and need a potion. you only have 1 mana potion and 3 healtpotions (u can make 2:2 too)

💔The performance is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, even people with 4000$ Computers have blueescreens, laggs, fps drops and stutterts.

💔The Controlls is extremely bad and not optimited for PC Mouse-Keyboard support. You cast spells in random direction where your character is faceing, not where you aim with your mouse. this feels super weird and clunky.

💔 The game has like 0 fashion and nice looking costumes, Its similar as New World, where you cant even distinguish between gender.

💔No long term motivation and Content (if u read a guide). 1 Day after launch there was already videos on youtube of people beating every single boss. If People can beat the game in less then 24 hours.. Thats horrible and not a good indication for long term game.

💔Difficulty to high, its a torture not a game. You better be ready to read few hundred hours of guides if u realy want to play this game. Going blind in this game is not possible and you will lose to the tutorial boss...


💔Missing key Parts of the RPG genre. Housing, Fashion, Costumes, Pets, Social Interactions, Marriage, fun activitys, minigames. In Elden ring the only thing u do all day is walk arround like a lost chicken and dont even know what you looking for.


💔60$ for a game that has content for <24 hours and heavy performance problems that you cant even test before as a Demo version. It has nothing to do with an RPG (Missing Key points of RPGS[tradeing, multiplayer, character customisation, skillbars, quests, minimap]) and should better be advertised as an Middleage-Survival game! The combat is ancient from 10 years ago and you have no goal or motivation to play the game. You running arround 24/7 without even knowing where to go, what to look for, there is no Path or Arrow that helps you.

Don't buy this game yet. Maybe buy it in Sale or if you get it for free.. But even then you will most likely ditch the game after 2-3 hours. [You cant refund after 2 hours, so they got you in the trap!]

Still NO Slayer Nerfs, the class is literally the most broken thing u ever saw in mmorpg. a AOE pull that pulls 3 screens away all monsters and has insane dmg...

This alone is enaugh to not touch the game at all. Its literally a global meme right now. Similar then the "New World -> New Bug" meme. Elyon is "Elyon -> Slayeryon" ... People quit the game in masses, don't do pvp anymore and ALT F4 in daily arena if they see enemy slayer. Kakaogames still havent done anything about that

I though Kakao learned from BDO but they didnt. The Server are so laggy and bad that they had to disable World Quests and all kind of Massive Player events.



There is no motivation to play. Since your progress in endgame (~500 gearscore level 45) is all about Breakthrough items, and guess what IF THEY FAIL THE ITEM IS GONE! . And upgrade chance are 81% 60% 30% 30% 30% 30% .....
You can obtain a Epic Breakthrough weapon all 3 days x2
Option 1: -> 35 dungeon tockens (4 daily dungeons ~3 tockens each -> 12 tockens per day) -> all 3 days
Option 2: 3 Daily Keys + 3 Purple Dust + 100.000 Gold = 1 Gear box -> all 3 days

So basically all you do in elyon is login do the 4 dungeonds, logout, and on weekend u bless rng if it works....


Playerbase dropped significantly. Specialy cause of the Slayer overpopulation and the huge toxicity this brings to the game.
You grinding some extra gold or exp in your daily 1 hour dimensional rift, and then random slayer comes and steals your mob... There is no way to outfarm a slayer unless you are a slayer too and have more gear -> Slayer GRIEFING everyone!


-The Steampunk Setting is beautiful
-Many cosmetics, Cool mounts and many gimmics (Stickers, Emotes, Dances, Idle Stances)
-Fun Combat system which feels smoother and better then in BDO. (Also you dont break your fingers in elyon each class is basically 2-3 buttons on hotbar + LMB RMB, no Shift W F R S E or crazy Finger combos like in BDO)


Elyon was an awesome game, but the Publishers/Devs kinda destroyed it, while not adjusting the Slayer problem which leads people and the whole community get toxic like crazy. The Cosmetics and World looks beautifull and Elyon could be a very nice RP platform... But seriously... You think people will download and play Elyon for RP? No, there better and more popular platforms for that. The Population of Elyon dropped significantly after just 1 months. Its Below Bless Unleash already... , PVP Is dead cause of Slayer and Botter/Macro users who grinded 24/7 exp to get level 46/47/48. (You get a flat DMG and Accuracy bonus each level. its almost not possible to beat a level 48 player as level 45)

I repurchased the game and wanted to give it a 2nd shot:
The individual problems still occur, but the game is somehow enjoyable if u have a nice community/clan. I hope they fix the server transfer delays and bugs soon!

I am still disapointed by Amazongames, that such a big company does worse then Trion, or Aeriagames...
But i am reviewing the game, not the devs here.

So yeah its a 50:50 - i still don't recommend purchasing the game until the problems are fixed! If you already purchased, stay with it and enjoy and hope the bugs get fixed soon!

The Gamebreaking bugs from Beta still exist. Specialy as Caster (Fire Staff/Ice Gauntlet)... You can attack a boss or a mob straight for 5 minutes and then dont get exp or loot cause the mob doesnt count for you. Since you was "out of range" or your "magic" doesnt count....

Also they said they want to revamp the character creation.. they didnt do ♥♥♥♥.
No Face Sliders, No Body Sliders, No Voice Slider...

Also the community as guessed is toxic. As most mmorpgs with their streamer fanbase. In the end give it 1-2 weeks some streamers will dominate the game, own each town, and controll the whole economy.

The servers are a mess aswell. They have like 100 different servers, and on 90% you have HUGE waiting lines up to 20 hours+. Half the steam community and friends already split above the servers... And they make some new servers, which doesnt change the problem that the community/friends spread more and more... Its a ♥♥♥♥ design that only 2000 (website stats) players can fit on one single server...

doesnt feel like an mmorpg, it feels more like a game for sadistic people... every single monster in this game feels like u doing some raidboss in other games... some monsters jsut 2 shot you even if u are 1 level above them....
