Phasmophobia is one of those games that sounds simple on paper — go in, find the ghost, survive — but somehow turns every session into a tiny horror movie with your friends.
The atmosphere is genuinely great. The house creaks, lights flicker, and the moment you hear footsteps in the next room, everyone goes quiet like that actually helps. Playing with friends makes it even better: one person panics, someone else swears they saw something, and somehow the bravest player is always the first one to die.
What I love most is how unpredictable it feels. No two investigations are the same, and even after dozens of hours, a random event can still make your heart jump. It’s scary, funny, and chaotic in the best way.
If you enjoy co-op horror and don’t mind occasionally screaming at your monitor, Phasmophobia is absolutely worth it. Just… maybe don’t play alone with headphones at 2 AM.
Rating: 9/10 — spooky, social, and endlessly replayable.
