Most likely best or second best Dark Souls game mostly because of amazing mods such as Cinders, Champions of Ash and Coverance that bring back good weapons, mechananics, spells and other things from other soulsborne games (yes even Demon Souls and Bloodborne) well... more or less since it's impossible to port weapons, spells and mechanics that spam across multiple games and even consoles still they are pretty good iterations given that they are created nearly from zero.
Overall a pretty good game in itself i would give vanilla 7/10.
But with mods (esp Cinders) it's easly 8.5/10
