Early Access Review
As a big fan of the board game, I am pleased with this digital version of the game. The interface is well thought out, and the animations and graphics are smooth and well done. I look forward to when the expansions get added to improve this adaptation's appeal even more.

Enjoyable incremental game. A bit content light at the moment, but the dev has a lot planned down the pipeline that I'm excited to see.

I never knew how much I liked diplomacy until I gave this game a try. Plus, I like how this is all open source and completely free to play with the option to donate if you want to support development. The community here is definitely smaller than its inspiration, Neptune's Pride, but that's okay. It's very similar, but also quite different because of specialists and carrier-to-carrier combat. It adds an extra layer of strategy to an already great base.

If you love diplomacy and forming and breaking alliances, this is a game you have to try out.

This is a fun little game. It explores a few different non-euclidean spaces, and litters some collectibles along the way. The game itself is pretty simplistic and quaint, but there are some secrets to uncover if you search close enough. I wish I had a VR headset to see what that experience was like, as I think it would be super interesting, if a little nauseating. Overall, I recommend this game. It'll probably give you anywhere from 4-6 hours of playtime depending on how many secrets you find.

Fun game + open source + multiplayer + simple enough for beginners to approach + complex enough for some really crazy builds and strats + epic + based.

This game is available for free on itch.io, however, the Steam version does provide easy online connectivity with your friends, so if that is something you want to use over setting up port forwarding, then get this version. If you want to just try it out, I recommend the itch.io version.

This is quite a fun tower defense game, mixed with incremental game features. It has a bit of a slow start to it, but the more you play, the more you understand the nuances of the towers, thus allowing you to reach higher waves, providing higher rewards, unlocking more expensive bonuses, etc. It's a game loop that works, and is pretty rewarding. Would recommend.

TLDR: It's a nice puzzle game.

There are 25 sets (A -> Z) with 25 levels a piece in the main campaign, plus randomly generated daily sets that change in difficulty depending on the day. This is the perfect "pick up and play for 5 minutes a day" game. Sure, you could power through the entire game by looking up a solution guide, but that's not what the game is meant to be. It's a good brain teaser game that you pick up, beat a few puzzles, or until you get stuck, then you put it down for later with a fresh perspective. There are a lot of puzzles, with some very large and difficult ones, so there is bound to be puzzle fatigue over time, which is why I recommend the pickup-n-play approach.

Overall, I recommend picking up this game when you can catch it on sale, but I think full price is also worth your money too if you play through it without guides. The sounds are very soothing, and really add to the calming atmosphere of the game.

8/10
