If you can get the DLC or the Season pass at a discount, it is definitely worth it. For the full price though.... Don't.
If you plan on playing it as a Free-to-Play game, I have to disappoint you, there is no much content, you are basically locked out from most of the good content. It is like a demo, with PvP, some strikes, and maybe some quests/bounties. The rest is locked.
With DLCs, and Season pass, it is really fun, especially, if you have friends to play (or grind) with. Again, wait for a sale.
+ there is a THICC exo stranger, the most important content in the new DLC. (This might tell you something about the quality of the current state of the game)

Nothing much to say, if you love dragons, medieval combat style and modding, it's definitely your game

As promised, I change my review (might be a little late xD), because microtransactions were removed. Although there are plenty of DLCs, the game remained fun
