This game is one of the most fun of the games I've played in recent time. I bought this game when it came out but didn't really start playing it until last week. The whole random nature of the game makes it incredibly replayable. I personally love the whole stacking items/abilities mechanic and this game does it better than any other game I've seen. I'd like to stress that I love this game even without the DLC. I'll hopefully purchase Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ soon. I already know I'll love them. The upcoming implementation of the Antibirth mod into the canon in the form of a DLC is also exciting for me since I know it'll include even more content that'll be fun for me since I'm unfamiliar with the mod (and whatever else they'll include in the DLC on top of that).

I purchased both of the DLC's, which I mentioned earlier, yesterday. I can safely say that this is my favorite games of all time when both of the DLC's are involved. There's so much variety and the DLC's fixed so many of the issues that the base game had. It was a hefty $15.73, 25% off, for the DLC's this year during the Christmas sale, but it was WELL worth it. I'm upset at myself for not getting into this game when I first purchased it, given how much fun I'm having with it now!
