what makes this game so replayable is its master of a campaign story, very long, challenging, cinematic, enjoyable, and filled with plenty of assignments and collectibles so you can eventually 100% complete the campaign

i also love the multiplayer aspect of the game, the combat is so fun even to this day - it's not bloated with events that interrupt gameplay, like some other games

was very much worth the money i paid for it (granted, it was on a nice discount)
