Deep Sleep Trilogy is a collection of three games that were released back in 2012-2014, and were developed by a creator who called himself scriptwelder. Again, I can honestly admit that I did not play them then, did not play the Don't Escape trilogy then, and my acquaintance with this developer began with the game “Don't Escape: 4 Days to Survive”, which became for me major discovery of the year. I lead to the fact that I do not have any nostalgic feelings, which allows me to evaluate everything quite sensibly and impartially. And here is an unbiased opinion - Deep Sleep Trilogy is just a wonderful compilation, which easily gives pleasure in 2019. In fact, here we are presented with three small games (the total passage will take anywhere from 2 to 2.5 hours), plot-related to each other, in which the main topic is the study of the world of dreams and nightmares, with an ever deeper immersion in the abyss of consciousness.

Unlike Don't Escape, there are no elements of survival, this is a classic point-and-click quest with puzzles and the ability to die during any unpleasant meetings. The atmosphere of the game is simply unbelievable, the horror component of the gameplay works fine, you constantly feel uncomfortable, scared of the slightest rustle, the logic of using objects is also worked out efficiently. There are so many connections between the three games that you don’t even immediately notice them, but when you find some of them and change the world of the game with their help, you feel a real triumph. The puzzles scattered here and there pleasantly strain the brain, although there are no super-hardcore puzzles among them. And as you progress through each game, you feel how well the developer has developed a sense of beauty, a sense of his game, because the game world is changing exactly as it should change, and the player does not feel the discomfort of changing the scenery.

You don’t even have to talk much, you just need to try all the games from scriptwelder to understand my feelings for them, and to love the things of this talented guy yourself.
