I don't know if this app is worth $200 USD to you. I know I personally would not have paid that much for a VR app that helps you with public speaking. I don't have any problems with public speaking. I do think that price tag will be cost prohibitive for many VR gamers / enthusiasts. However, this app may be worth it for some organizations or if you really need to improve at public speaking.

It's a very robust app that includes the ability to bring your own notes or slides. You can see your after-action report on where you were looking, including how often you were looking at the floor or ceiling. You can set how long the speech will be and whether to get timed warnings. You can set the venue, as well as how many people are present.

The people present do react, but obviously, it won't be the same as a live crowd. They do look around and sometimes will type away on their keyboards. I even had a person in the crowd just randomly start talking to another person across from them.

The app is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I did get variable frame rates, just depending on the size of the crowd. I would get frame rates as low as 45 frames per second. There is no locomotion or smooth or snap turning. You can re-center your position though. You also have some tools in some of the venues that you can use, such as markers or erasers.

This may be an invaluable tool for some. It's the best public speaking app I have experienced in VR. However, it does seem like the price may be a bit too high. I'm not going to rate this app, I'll leave it up to you whether it's worth it or not. Hopefully my video helps you in making your decision. Consider this a neutral recommendation.

Rate ?/10.
