some hud maker add solid color to it, but it's blank color at default tf2, I just didn't do it.

You can join the Huds.tf discord, there are a tons of resources for you to create your own hud. I suggest you can use a already existed hud as the base hud and try to play around with it.

go to scripts/hud_animation_manifest and open it, you'll see Health animations, that's the way to do it.
