Very raw, I see potential here but I would not buy if I was not a massive fan of The Movies.

Tutorial is broken, UI / UX is bad. Why this has so many positive reviews is a mystery to me.

Gameplay is fun, Tutorial isn't really good.
I wouldn't buy this at full price

- Multiplayer is unplayable, frequent crashes
- Combat is inconsistent, running and trying to punch while an opponent is doing a random animation? Punch won't connect

Game is solid, missing a ton of QOL features. Will wait until they come

They have improve none of those things despite pleas from the community, and constant events pretty much ruin the game.

I can't recommend it at the current state.

Just keeps getting better.

I do wish they would rework agents and make them easier to use.

Some points to improve:

1. When owning a lot of companies, you constantly get spammed with random votes, would be helpful if I could delegate it to someone else
1a. Late game spam from lots of people asking to buy my shares, allow us to disable this
2. In votes, you don't see the company name, becomes a problem when you own shares in 50% companies
3. Lobbying is super tedious
4. Allow us to straight up bribe people instead of buying them horses and yachts
5. When owning shares in a company both as a company and as an individual, the game doesn't recognize you as a majority shareholder

Shamed a reviewer (Mad_House) in their most recent blog post for posting a negative review by posting a screenshot of his review. Disgusting behaviour, which I don't doubt led to them being harassed.

Don't reward developers who attack their fans.

So many unfinished minigames you tend to forget this game is about baking

I'm changing my review to positive, but it's right on the edge and *still feels like an early access game*

I gave the game another shot. It's a lot better than when I first bought it but still buggy:

The good:
1. Gameplay loop is fun and engaging
2. Games' progression perks progressively makes the process of making large batches a lot less tedious
3. Good variety of recipes
4. Game (mostly) gives ways to avoid minigames in the form of progression rewards / money penalties

Bugs:

1. If you take 6 orders, you are only able to "fulfill" and get paid for 5 when closing for the day
2. More often than not you're unable to place pans in the rack oven racks
3. When using the baguette machine to make croissants or baguettes, they consistently clip through the machine to a spot where they can't be reached. Imagine making 70 croissants and having to make 6 more because 6 from your original batch disappeared
4. When using the giant mixing bowl and having to add ingredients from the rack, you have to awkardly move it to the side and place your cursor on the relevant jar, feels like it wasn't thought through
5. Trolley dough placement is broken
6. In late game, especially when dealing with large batches, the game freezes a lot
7. Currently on the maxed kitchen. I consistently have a bug where when I finish my day, I return to the original small kitchen. If I then skip a day, I go to the mid tier kitchen and I have to skip the day again
8. When using the largest mixer on the dough divider, I have to awkwardly shift the mixer to put the dough on the red pan. Why not let me hold the red pan and point at the mixer instead?


QOL notes:
1. Bagel/pretzel minigame is super slow and annoying, no way to progress past it like the other minigames, no dedicated machine
2. Need the ability to stack pans (Maybe have a pan holder?) and have a lot more pans than currently exist, possibly infinite
3. Wifi upgrade for ovens (Auto set oven time)
4. More rack oven trolleys, maybe even more rack ovens for the biggest kitchen
5. Ability to place trolley under baguette machine
6. Large batch automatic dough divider
