Everything is a prop. Only brushes are the skyboxes, trigger volumes and some invisible dynamic entities.

I did not develop the map for Gmod. It is primarily a TF2 map.
And no, no traditional coding, but heavy use of hammers I/O system.

Yes, I converted the 3D meshes to props and placed those carefully in hammer.
