So of course Ubisoft had to kill it and change into a more fancy and modern subscription model. Get the 2014 Edition while it's still there, it's still worth it. Rocksmith is so much more than a simple vidya gaem. It's a featured-packed learning (and music making, if you're brave enough) software, that even allows you to emulate different amps and effects. There's probably no better way to start your guitar journey (even if you only play acoustic - there's a microphone mode for that too, although it works rather lousy).
