They made the game open world. They made the open world part a PITA.

Vehicles have lost their charm. They are solo only spawnable boring mounts that do no damage and have no point other than going anywhere. They drive like mario karts with 0 steering skilled. Unless you are the host you experience random rubber banding while driving that crashes you into a surprise object!

Borderlands has a simple "You see an enemy you should probably shoot that enemy" mentality.

Doesnt matter how often you go somewhere the same enemies appear and try and fight you. You can easily fight the same fight 5 times. That is a drag not a feature. You get nothing for those fights.

Fighting enemies is not fun anymore. The weapons are mostly annoying. In our playthrough we have literally found 1 single legendary weapon we wanted to keep using. (Linebacker god bless).

The environments are all the same. How many laboratories/steel bunker looking places do I have to raid gearbox? Is that remaining 2019 trauma you are trying to deal with?

Where have all the good NPCs gone? The third edgy evil cookie cutter villain leaves no impression in my mind. Nothing they do has any impact on anything. There is no sense of thrill, engagement or killer dialogue.

You recycled some characters from previous borderlands for like 2 missions and then they are practically gone.

Noone asked for quantity over quality. Borderlands does well with good quality rail roading that is just stupid funny sometimes. Make smaller maps, funnier content and go back to being ridiculous.

This isn't it gearbox. You didn't cook like your CEO thought. You managed to uncook your winner chicken dinner.

Quality capitalist farming simulator, can also set up communistic multiplayer 10/10 would plant more potatoes

Good excrement. Short funny game with some nice puzzles and a very artistic puppet.
