Seven days later now, Still No response to my MVM Bug Report. These guys must be too busy to deal with my issue. If Valve's tech support group was one of my client's software vendors, they would have been let go long ago like Quark. Sorta like bad rubbish that needs to get tossed.

I wasn't able to grab a screen shot of the loot window before the server kicked us off. But I clearly remember seeing the Pro Sharpened Volcano kit appearing and uttering "What POS, I already have a Pro Volcano kit" Meh, I doubt Valve has the time to care my issue.

Wow. I bet they give it to you. That's messed up. Is the screenshot of the specialized or pro?

Hey There,
During the preview panel of the mvm loot reward. My panel showed me receiving a professional volcano frabricator kit. When I went to take a snapshot of the loot I acquired. The Volcano fabricator became a specialized version. What gives? I just used 3 squad voucher tickets in a row to finish my Two City 42nd tour to receive this reward. This game mode of MVM so disappointing now to play. I will no longer play MVM or invest any further currency in this game. Respectfully.
