NEW: May 2024 Mouse Recommendations
Disclaimer:
This is almost entirely personal preference and based on singular, or at most two copies of each mouse; things related to QC issues may not be the same experience for you, nor will my issues with shapes be as hand size & grip form differs person to person.
Currently Maining:
Endgame Gear OP18K
Waiting For Arrival:
S Tier:
***NEW*** Lamzu Thorn (Fnatic Edition) Palm, relaxed claw; great weight, switches, shape, coating, and all internal components; Easily my favorite and most recommendable mouse to someone looking for an ergonomic shape.
Ninjutso Sora 4K Pink Edition - Claw (possible palm if small hands), exceptional weight of 47 grams, fantastic optical switch implementation & premium coating. Small & Large feet options from Ninjutso & the third party market already (corepads ice etc). This mouse leads the pack for mini claw-grip mice.
Gwolves HSK+ - Fingertip; great weight, good (note: mechanical only,) switches, only issue (subjective) is the feet feel too small, sensor position could maybe be moved up a few mm, and side buttons could be moved back. Potentially best fingertip mouse, but can see why others, i.e viper mini signature edition would be picked up instead(Viper offers better latency, opticals, polling, etc).
Sprime PM1 relaxed claw(?); Best weight on this entire list (43g), impeccable implementation of Omron Switches for one of the best clicks on this list, greatcoating, and best internals possibler for mice hardware today (8K dongle still not released tho gg); This is bottom of S tier for me solely because the shape is polarizing, in the since that the hump being so far in the back but this still having such a high hump height makes this hard to palm grip compared to the G703 that this is supposedly inspired by. Top tier mouse, not the shape for me.

Honorable Mentions
EndGame Gear XM1R - Claw/Relaxed Claw - Best shape ever made for claw, good weight, good switches, good sensor, best coating - Pulsar, Lamzu, etc all virtually copied this shape, and it was what pioneered the Claw meta that we have today. While I wouldn't recommend this mouse anymore solely because of price-performance, it changed the mouse industry for the better and deserved to be recognized.

A Tier:
Pulsar X2H Medium/Mini Aggressive Claw; slightly further back hump than X2, just barely more narrow; personally just a better shape than the normal X2V2 shape. Good (Optical) switches, and fantastic weight/sensor. Unfortunately, due to a substantial error in click design that cause the clicks to feel so, so much worse than almost every other mouse in the S&A tier, this mouse sits in A tier.
Pulsar X2V2 Medium/Mini Claw - Same shape as X2, lower weight (51-3grams), Optical Switches and much gripper coating than the predecessor. Due to a substantial error in click design that cause the clicks to feel so, so much worse than almost every other mouse in the S&A tier, this mouse sits in A tier.
Razer Deathadder V3 Pro Palm/Claw, no flaws outside of subjective shape complaint. Great switches/latency, and 8K Polling rate add-on feels great WHEN it is use-able (must use an very high DPI to saturate Polling rate, and lots of games cannot utilize above 4K Polling rate). Cost is steep at $150, and another $30 for the 8K HyperPolling Dongle, but this is infinitely more valuable than the G Pro Superlight in price comparison. The incredibly low latency and sturdy build quality puts this in S tier. (EDIT: April 2024) This has been moved to A tier due to substantial releases of ergo mice will similiar specs and much lower weight, and objectively better coatings.
Fantech Helios 2 Pro/XD3V3 - Claw/Palm, Great (Optical) switches and Shape. Strictly better than its predecessor at 55Grams and improved internals, but the clicks seem to have a similiar issue to the Pulsar's with clicks getting too sticky; This is simply easier by loosening the M1/M2 clicks located under the top skate of the mouse, but still quite the nuisance; There is also no coating, so the plastic feels very uncomfortable to use for any prolonged period. This mouse makes it to A tier but could definitely use some improvements
Logitech G Pro Superlight 2/1 - Palm/Claw, no flaws outside of subjective shape, it has Great (Optical) switches, sensor(4K polling max) and a good weight for its large size (63) Grams. Ridiculously overpriced at $MSRP but is a decent mouse to try if you have larger hands.
Pulsar X2 Medium/Mini - Claw - Good Shape, Good Weight/Sensor/Switches/ Okay coating. All around a good mouse, and would give the updated V2 versions an S tier easily
Razer Viper V2Pro - Fingertip, claw - Bad shape (subjective), Good weight, Good switches, Good Sensor - Coating is better than its predecessor, mouse personally just not for me and it cost's too much at $150.

B Tier:
Ninjutso Katana Superlight - Claw/Palm, Good shape, good weight, good switches/sensor etc. Only issue's are subjectively not being able to change its mouse feet or buy grip tape, and too big for most.
Pulsar Xlite V2 Medium/Mini - Palm, relaxed claw - Good Shape, Good Weight, good switches/sensor. No issues with this mouse. /// Moved down to B tier due to other newer mice making its pricepoint for specs not top tier.
Gamesense MVP Wireless - Relaxed Claw? Palm? - Okayish? shape, Okay weight, good switches/sensor/coating. No real complaints, just subjective opinion that the shape is very unique.
Razer OrochiV2 - Fingertip, Palm - Good shape (small), good weight, okay switches, good sensor. subjectively, don't like the coating, and requires using battery mods for optimum weight distribution.
PMM ZA-12 (2022 edition; holes & g305 modded) - Claw/Palm - Good Shape, insane weight, good switches/sensor. Cost is substantially higher than other competitors, however the holes and the main clicks housings make it feel really bad to use without modifying the clicks with added aluminum/foam, and grip tape. Do not recommend for most.
Logitech G303 Shroud - Claw, too heavy for its size / subjectively awkward sides.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C Tier:
DELUX M800 Pro - Claw/Relaxed Claw - Good shape?(Better than VPU), okay weight, okay switches/sensor/coating. Cheap Budget mouse, but would recommend if can be assured of quality.
Fantech XD3-V2 - Claw/Palm, good switches and shape. Too heavy. Can't replace skates without sanding the base because of cutouts.
Model D- Wireless - Palm/Fingertip, known to creak/have double clicking, low battery life, inferior to the Pulsar Xlite V2 Mini.
Logitech G703 - Palm/Relaxed claw, too heavy / requires switches to be swapped & Rubber sides will wear out overtime, scroll infamous for failing.
Logitech G305 - Fingertip/Super Claw, too heavy / requires switches to be swapped & battery mods
Razer Viper Ultimate - Fingertip, Claw - Bad shape (subjective), okay weight, okay switches, good sensor. Rubber side grips feel gross as well as the mouse's coating. Do not recommend.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D Tier:
Razer Deathadder V2 Pro - Palm, relaxed claw - Okay shape,
