While it's not perfect (main problem IMHO which is not unique to TF2 is team balancing, plz fix valve), when you get some decent balanced teams for few good rounds on a map you like you will understand why this game is still alive and receiving major updates after 10 freaking years and will be legendary for many decades to come.
