On the charge of "Tunneling": We must clarify that returning to the hook after a loud noise notification is a standard operational procedure. Furthermore, running directly into my weapon after being unhooked is not a legally protected status.

On the matter of "Targeted Eradication": Swapping to a flashlight at 0:06 is a strict violation of lobby rules, and taking hits for your teammate guarantees you will become the "chosen one." Other quick ways to get targeted include teabagging, breaking my Hex totems early, and simping for Wesker.

On the subject of Second-Chance Perks: We do not offer refunds for failed perks. Whiffing your Dead Hard, missing a Decisive Strike skill check, or getting picked up right before Unbreakable kicks in are all strictly classified as user errors.
