If you haven't checked this game out since launch, I definitely recommend giving it another go! Dev's have been wonderful and working very hard on the game, progressing it a lot. Player feedback has been very important to them and it's showing!

Awesome music, awesome game, awesome characters! What's not to love?! I honestly am hit or miss on the Persona games, but this one has captured me easily! If you haven't tried it yet, and like RPG's, give the demo a try!

Arrowhead: A good Company who wanted to make a good game
Helldivers 2: An excellent game that may have had balance problems as of the last update but the company was actively trying their best to make it a great game.

Update to the Situation and my Review, as of 5/6/2024
Leaving my reason for the initial Downvote of the game below the break. Now, the reason I'm switching it back to Positive.

Not only does the Community do the impossible completing Major Order's in game with limited time... We've completed a Major Order in real life in record time! We've made our voices heard from Sony and they've walked back the attempted mandate that we are forced to use PSN accounts. Reports are starting to flow in that once restricted locations are becoming unrestricted again. Now, Helldivers, our new Major Order is get these reviews positive again! It's the Carrot and the Stick moment. We showed Sony the stick, now show them the Carrot so they know the removal of the linking requirement was the right move.

Sony: An absolutely despicable company and the reason I am leaving this a negative review.SONY pulled a bait and switch by letting Arrowhead sell the game everywhere, then suddenly said 3 months later when everyone is well past their refund time that you will be forced to have a PSN account linked to the game or you can't play. Then pulled sales from 69+ Countries which do not support having PSN accounts meaning people who bought the game already in those countries will suddenly be banned from playing the game they bought. Unless SONY reverses course on this choice, it seems Helldivers 2 is doomed to become a failed game review-wise less than half a year after it's launched on the PC. Unfortunate, and hopefully all this backlash will give Arrowhead some leverage to stop this. If they do not, then JUNE 4th WHEN IT BECOMES FORCED we see the game's reviews crash-and-burn become permanent, or at the very least incredibly hard for the game to recover from...

I would normally recommend a game like this as it's all sorts of fun to drive in an open environment. However now that Ubisoft has made their stance clear that we are RENTING the game and that they will even REVOKE / REMOVE your license to play the game when they deem fit with NO recompense, this is a very strong NO on this game. Do NOT support the game do NOT buy the game as the game WILL be taken away from you in the future regardless of the time or money spent on it.
