This game deserves mixed reviews, it is a hollow shell of what what it could be. The first game was a mess but still having so much content in a fraction of the time.

If you like vampire games this is a decent game, but wait for it on a deep sale, it is not woth full price, it's Bloodlines in name only, it would of been better if it was a whole new IP not tied to a IP that has a rich depth of lore and history.

Buy only on sale not at full price!

Here is a simple review, if you enjoyed the Walking dead, wolf among up you will like this game. I just wish it launched complete instead of episodes.

Pro's:

Controls are great.
Mini-games are not bad difficulty wise.
Overall worth a buy (please see lower for a more detailed opinion)
Soundtrack is outstanding worth the buy.

Con's:
Not complete game yet, so you have to trust it will release the rest on time.
Not sure but you can't load another run, (IE Blazer save file and then a Invisagal path and load the one you want to continue unless i am missing something)
Feels like it's a short game.

Details:
over all great game and knowing who is behind it i have confidence they will complete it, BUT if you are a person who wants to play through and not wait.... then wait for it to be fully released. I typically do that with episodic games due to the space between episodes can take forever and the game just is forgotten.

Also only 8 episodes? just feels short and hell maybe i am just impatient just wish the rest was already out.

Story is stupid as hell, killed fan favorite characters. Tries to force players to like a character who is just not likable. This game is not even worth the sale price. They changed the TOS in a primarily single player game. Randy the CEO uses the "no true Scotsman" argument. Borderlands is dead like Saints Row.

Autorun system that all autopilot mobile games have

This game could be good but if you want a serious mmo this is not it.

Game is pretty good there are the typical "simulator" bugs. this game is a time sink. It's fine for it's price, but due to some of the bugs (they are working on) wait for a sale, the DLC is petty good, radiotion and the lock picking features can be a pain. Over all give it a try if you listen to podcast/audio books, or youtube videos in the background. that is how i enjoy the game.

This software is a cash grab with Loaded DLC using AI Art that the dev has not proven he is using ethical AI to do it. not to mention the amount of DLC and charging to put my own logo or make it so the AI VJ logo doesn't show up.

Do yourself a favor just find an AI gifs and you can find better ones to loop if you want. Most of the "positive" reviews don't make sense and seem to be paid reviews.

This game is what the industry needed, a game that knows what it is and does it well with devs who are clear on expectations. This game is superior to most games released this year, it's difficult but still playable. Graphics are amazing and mechanics are well done.

The game should get game of the year but likely wont cause games that didn't follow SBI or DEI have no chance. If you like walking around as a 8ft super soldier who takes on building sized monsters you will like SM2. The setting is Dark and Gothic and Grim.

Unfortunately Sony did some shady stuff regarding PSN account linking when they never enforced it, YES they backtracked but the other side of the coin is they delisted in 177 countries can't get PSN.

NOW that the PSN requirement is gone, why have Sony/ArrowHead/Steam not relisted it in those countries that our fellow helldivers can't play now (unless you have a ps5, or use a VPN Which would get you banned on PSN)).

The game is good, but i do not like any company that manipulates their customers and Sony and Arrowhead should be ashamed.. This review will be changed to a thumbs up when AH/Sony/valve give those customers in the 177 countries the game back without risking being banned.

Seriously fun game i wish more early access games were like this.

Initially i loved this game and but it seemed support just died, and there seems to be a bug or whatever that diamons (the IN GAME currency you have to do specifc modes or level up to get) is broken i've done what the game asks and non of them are rewarded.

i wish i could recommend this game i do, it is fun but there has not been any new songs or any significant updates. Seems harmonics (who i used to think was a decend dev) and NCSOFT gave up. kinda sad.

on the plus side this game reignited my desire to DJ again so i'm doing that now so there is that.

overall, it's not a horrible game but dont expect new content and if there is i'll check it out.
