I really like the basic idea and such, but the stuff you list plus the overall controls are awful.
It should probably feel like Batman AA combat style, but is so incredibly far away in terms of technical quality or enemy design.
I like that you can build a gunner, but the implementation to aiming, shooting, handling gun resources (ammo and such) is again totally awful.
Same goes for melee weapons that are constantly replaced and used up.
Thats not fun.
It comes off as if the game wanted to restrict the player with technical issues, to keep balance. It could be really fun especially with using guns if a lot was fixed.
