The story doesn't have any deep cross over with the rest of the game world so you're not missing anything important. There could maybe be a hint at something for a future game lore or reference, but you would easy catch up on the missed content over a short 10 minute YouTube video.

The biggest turn off is the many huge stretches where there is no interaction with the game, just monologue. That wouldn't be a big problem, but the Dev chose to include an achievement that requires multiple part play-throughs. The story options just don't effect enough to make seeing the alternative choices worth it.

My Son and I got this game from free during the Steam give away. So far I've really enjoying listening to him laugh at the jokes and have a crack at his first FPS. It also helps that recently he also started playing Dungeons and Dragons, so the slap stick comedy mash up really makes sense.

10/10. That final part of the story was amazing. Thanks again Fireproof Games.

A landmark game that has been lovingly cared for by Beamdog Software to bring it back from the brink.

Artistic perfection dialled up to 11. The platforming puzzles are excellent and add to the experience. This game can only be rated 10/10

This is an excellent puzzle game and really sets the bar for what I expect. It introduces higher complexity and progresses the player with a slow but steady build up. The animation and colours are also quite well done.

A refreshing game that uses some interesting game mechanics to tell a beautiful story. My kids have enjoyed watching me play this one, and I've enjoyed it too.

Relive the action of the original. The beautiful completion of the Xen to end game levels makes this a must see in the Half Life game cannon.

This is funny with a group of people of even just playing in your lounge room with the kids watching and having a laugh. I especially like that the developers have put so much effort into enabling the community to develop maps and have them included in the official game. Excellent replayability.
