I honestly don’t understand all the positive reviews. This is an FPS game where the core mechanic - shooting barely works. Half the bullets you fire just vanish. On the client side, it looks like you’re landing hits, but the server doesn’t register them, so all you get are endless hitmarkers. It’s complete nonsense.
Visibility is atrocious. You can’t see anything because of the blinding sun glare and over-the-top sun shafts, and there’s no way to fix it through the graphics settings. Weapon leveling takes forever and feels like a chore rather than something rewarding.
Almost every aspect of the game feels either broken or poorly designed. It suffers from nearly all the same issues as Call of Duty - minus the ridiculous skins and skill-based matchmaking. Maybe there are fewer cheaters, but it’s only the first month, so it’s too early to tell.
In short, this is an FPS where shooting doesn’t work and visibility is a mess. There are only a handful of decent maps, and the rest are just chaotic meat grinders - some feel like playing COD’s Shipment on repeat. The respawn system is a joke. People complain about COD’s respawns, but here you’ll find yourself spawning right in front of a tank. I get it on small maps, but in a game like this, is there really not enough space to spawn somewhere safe?
The battle pass is a straight-up joke. There are so many awesome military-themed skins they could’ve included, but instead, we get boring or downright silly ones. I seriously regret buying the Phantom Edition.
The only positives? No dumb skins (yet), fewer cheaters (for now), and maybe the destruction mechanics. That’s about it.
Honestly, Battlefield should be thanking COD for shooting itself in the foot with all those ridiculous skins, broken aim assist, SBMM nonsense, and cheaters. They've messed things up so badly that people are actually calling this a good game by comparison.

The whole game is complete non sense
70$ and you will get basically nothing with illusion of new game.
SBMM - basically we have hidden RANKED in CASUAL matches when RANKED is in the game. ABSOLUE *****. You will not be able to play with freands if you are different skill level. Most frustrating experience i have ever had.
CROSSPLAY/CROSSINPUT - whats the point to put different inputs in one lobby and try to make it competitive with help of SBMM if they are completly unbalanced. Even Ranked is crossinput which absolute ***** . When MnK should spend thousand of hours to get as much perfect aim as possible, every child now can just plug controller and ***** top MnK players like they are nothing. So you either play Controller or suck.
Company - i have no comments, read other reviews. Just worst experience in my life.
Zombie -maybe someone will like it but for me it's another SCAM, feels like custom mod for dmz but without pvp. Nothing new there. Just another camouflage grind mode...
Servers - laggs, packet loss, every other possible issue is here almost EVERY match.
Pay to win - invisible skins, new OP weapons from Battle Pass, DMZ packs etc... in 70$ game !!!!!
They charge 70$ just for movment update which is actually downgrade of little bit changed 2019 cod movment...
Activision did not fix any of issues of previous cods. And evey next COD is worse and worse .

Наиграл более 2000 часов. и являюсь фанатом игры , играл на высоких уровнях был везде брилиантом а в дуели даже мастером. Подрезумируя все время в игре могу сказать что игра хороша и владеет хорошим потенцыалом как по механике так и по стилистике. Да и все бы ло бы замечательно если бы не множество НО : Баланса в игре НЕТ от слова совсем при чем мета персонажей не меняется ВООБЩЕ , одни и те же пики в абсолютно каждой игре не смотря что в игре 90 + персонажей !! Ты видишь одних и тех же богов КАЖДУЮ игру из за чего играть со временем становится тошнотворно , никакого рознообразия. Тоже самое и с билдами ... одна мета может жить годами, все люди собирают одноо и то же. Мета может меняться только раз в год во время глобальных патчей и то не на много. И ето все еще не говоря о том что смайт является клондайком багов и недороботок. Сломаные хит боксы , задержки откликов , баги анимацый, абсолютно не робочий матчмейкинг где 3 рандомных игрока из бронзы могут изи попасть против примейда из гранд мастеров...
