A pretty adictive game! For old school gamers you'll notice the Cannon Fodder-esque feel to it, only this is a bit more advanced. You'll need to whip those recruits into shape, then leading them on missions that gradually gets harder the more you proceed. Upgrade your camp to get even better training and more gear for your soldiers.
A great little game which gives alot of fun times!

This is a game with a world built for the players, not the big critics.

I've been playing about 40 hrs and I am baffled about how much content there is. And I'm not even close to being finished or going to the next area.
The controls might feel clunky at first, but I found that I got used to them intuitively quickly.

The most importan part, though, is that Pearl Abyss is a dev that actually listens to their playerbase and update their game faster than any other dev I've bought a game from. The first major update with alot of requests from players came within 72 hours of the games release, which is insane.

Pearl Abyss have set the standard for other devs with Crimson Desert, and if you like adventure, exploration, combat and alot of content, this is the game for you. And don't worry, it is not as difficult as the Souls-games, not by a long shot.

If you, however, expect to be handheld throughout a deep storyline while following yellow paint, this is not the game for you and you'd be better of with any Ubisoft game instead.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS GAME if you're on a newer computer.
It will not start and you'll be stuck in the Infinite Loading Screen.
Yes, the issue has got its own name now.

The only solution Ubisoft have is to disable the E-cores in BIOS, and tbh that's not a solution at all. There will not be any more fixes for this game in the near future, so this issue will continue to be a problem for players.
Unless you have a older computer you can play on this would, unfortunately, be a total waste of your money. Especially when Ubisoft refuses to do anything about this.

There's plenty of people thinking this is a challenging game, and others that think it's easy.
Don't get fooled, it's really hard if you don't have pantience.
The tutorial is easy and low stress, but when you start the game it cranks it to 11 without giving you time to take a breath to figure out the game mechanics in a calm fashion.
In my games, and I play as easy as I can, the enemy ships are relentless, they detect me very fast and they don't ever give up chasing me even if I lay completely still on the bottom.
Other times the enemy seems like they just don't care if you sink their ships, but that happens rarely.

It is a very hard game to learn properly, and after over 30 hours I'm still a landlubber who don't know how to properly play this game.
But I'm still hanging on loving it! It's something else being chased by a couple of destroyers, while you try to hide from them knowing that they WILL kill you if they find you! It's one of few games that actually makes my adrenaline rush a bit, and that's why I can recommend this game!

Just don't think it'll be a walk in the park, because the Atlantic during WW2 was merciless which this game depicts in a perfect way.

Could most of the content of this DLC have been put in Roads to Power? Yes.
Is it a good DLC on its own? Yes.
But is the DLC worth its pricetag? Also yes.

Eventhough this could've been put into other DLCs I think it adds enough content on its own to be worth its price. If some thinks it's too expensive, wait for the discounts that are bound to come. I the meantime I'll enjoy it playing CK3 in a different way than I usually do.

Early Access Review
A really good game! It's difficult to survive the apocalypse, and this game really pulls you into the thick of it. The game starts with "This is how you died", which is pretty accurate for the most part.
Also alot of great mods for this game!

There's alot more I could say about this game, but one of the most important things is that it doesn't feel like an early access at all.
Some claim that the devs are moving slow with new patches, but they aren't. They make sure that they don't release patches that's not finished, so the quality control of the game is very important to them.

I would like to point out that at this stage in the Beta the mods are important, especially the QoL-mods, but imo that just makes the game even better.

I have to congratulate Paradox for releasing a DLC that makes the game crash with or without mods. Hope you enjoy my money, you scammers. In the meanwhile I'll not be able to enjoy the game.

This is a very cool game! I loved it before, and I still love it.
The only problem for macusers as myself is that this game is a bugfest. The game freezes constantly, and it´s so bad I cannot even play it. I try to load a game, and it freezes. I try to start a new game, and it freezes.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME for mac before they patch it up real good. If you do you´ll be throwing your money away.
