This game changed my life

really cool!

Apart from the game crashing whenever I enabled several different settings on the main menu, the game ran flawlessly.

The game itself is amazing. The Grace sections are amazing; I wish there were more, and Leon was fun too, although I think they're inferior to Grace's.

I love FF7.

This port is largely fine now from what I've tested, originally they had broken the game speed in battles, but this seems to be fixed now.

Overall the port is a perfectly decent way to play the game. The backgrounds are blurred now which IMO makes them a bit ugly but it wouldn't ruin the game for me, and the I believe the menus are still 15fps instead of the 60fps menus from the ps1 version. This new port still ♥♥♥♥♥ all over the old one apart from the backgrounds and potentially modding, though I'm sure people will make mods for this version too.

If you're going to play FF7, the ps1 version is still largely superior, but you do have some nice changes here such as speedup and turning encounters off which can be helpful in some areas of the game.

I think it's fun enough, I probably wont continue to play it but it entertained me for a few hours. The worst part of this game was the queue just to get to the main menu and getting put back into it every time I finished a match.

I think it's crazy this game is overwhelmingly negative. I think people just came in wanting to hate it, although I do understand for people who are having trouble running the game properly.

not personally getting the performance issues others are, I'm able to get a capped 120 with a 4070 and 9800x.
