If this were a $60 title that you could just buy and own, it would be Game of the Year.

Instead, you get battle passes, FOMO, and constant reminders to purchase more stuff. The game is irrelevant at that point, it's just a cynical cash extraction engine. Do you want everything the game has to offer? Pay thousands of dollars. Did you start after the first month? There are things you'll never get to have or experience, sorry. And even if you did start from day one, buy every battlepass and micro-transaction so you could collect everything in the game, this is a live service, so in a couple years it won't make as much money anymore and will be shut down, and all the developer's work will be thrown away, never to be playable again. How can someone have fun with that constant pallor hanging overhead?

Another great game ruined before it even started by predatory practices and psychological manipulation.

Star Trek Legends, is, unfortunately, a mess. That's the nicest way to put it. With a game of this style, the obvious comparisons have to be made: Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, and Marvel Strike Force, the other two massive license hero-collector-battler games.

This game is worse in virtually every way. Characters abilities are flat and uninteresting, with virtually no appropriate teams outside of their own strictly formed groups. There is a clear, unchanging meta for the few best characters, seen over and over in PvP and there's no sign of that ever changing. Heroes have zero customization beyond two items that offer absolutely negligible bonuses. Beyond that, everyone has the same exact equipment, with no real way to customize their stats beyond the most minor bits of health or defense or damage.

Devs seem to have given up, they've stopped posting event schedules or responding on the forums, with no news of any upcoming patches, new content, or anything, which is very unfortunate for the game, because there is virtually nothing to do in it. You beat a few short story missions, and.... that's it. There is no endgame, there are a few additional modes that are just more of the same, repetitive, tedious battles. The heroes just aren't interesting enough to spend any time theorycrafting new teams, working on different builds, or anything that constitutes more than mindless autobattling.

To make matters worse, the game is in one of the most broken states I have ever seen a game in. There's no way to even name your account; instead you are trapped as Player6712965, You have a profile picture, but no way to change it from the default. Textures are missing. Basic menu functions stop working randomly. Sounds play even when the game is muted in some places. Sometimes characters are just invisible, never even loading in the model, and you have to guess where they are to target them. The game constantly crashes at random, for no apparent reason.

Everything is broken, or underdeveloped, and the whole game radiates an attitude of disinterest, and lack of developer time or care. It COULD be great, if the game actually got all these bugs fixed, and greatly revamped the core aspects of the game, but it's looking increasingly like that's never going to happen.

Really good! A worthy successor to the excellent Gundam Breaker 3 (We don't talk about New Gundam Breaker) with more kits and more options. If you like the Gundam Breaker franchise, or are a fan of Gundam in general, you'll probably have a really good time with this game. It's so nice to finally get one that's natively in English, too.

Great SciFi-themed hospital management game, very similar in design to Two Point Hospital, if you're familiar with that game. My first big takeaway from the game was that the music, writing, and voice acting are all really good! Much higher quality than I would have expected from a hospital sim, of all things.

Slight balance issues here and there, but nothing too bad or game breaking. game is a bit more casual of a simulator, somewhere below Project Hospital, but well above the classic Theme Hospital. Two Point Hospital really is a good comparison, if you liked that game, you'll probably like Galacticare and it's styling and sense of humor.

I give it an enthusiastic thumbs up, as one of my favorite games to come out recently!

It's Dwarf Fortress on Steam, with graphics and music. What more needs to be said? This is a game that can speak for itself on how engrossing, engaging, and, indeed, epic it is.

To be perfectly honest, my review isn't going to matter at all, because this game speaks for itself. It's one of the best RPGs of all time, and it's easily going to sweep game of the year.

An excellent team-based shooter game. The Gacha is extremely generous, with enough free pulls and easy-to-earn currency that you'll have a huge variety of suits to choose from without spending any money. The Mobile Suits themselves feel like giant robots, with a slower paced movement and gun game than you'll likely feel used to if you're coming from other titles like Gundam: Evolution, but once you get accustomed to it, that pace feels very good. it's methodical. You have the time to think about where you're heading, and what you need to be doing as you get there, but there is enough action that it still feels faster paced than it actually is.

There's a ridiculous amount of Mobile Suits to play with, representing close to everything from the original 'Universal Century' universe, but keep in mind that's the only one they plan to represent, so no IBO, no Wing, G, OO, or any other such series in this game.

Matchmaking can be a bit weak, though it's much better than it was at launch, and it generally works just fine whenever I try to get in. However, your mileage may vary there as some people still have a lot of trouble getting and staying connected, with harsh penalties if you happen to disconnect mid-match.

All told, I'd highly recommend it, as GBO2 is a fun shooter, with massive variety and customization options, a slower, more thoughtful pace than a lot of similar titles, and one of the most generous gachas I have ever seen in a game. It's also free, which is a massive plus for it. It had a rough launch on PC, but it's in a pretty good spot now.

An extremely good, tight action platformer that looks, feels, and plays like it originally came out on the Sega Genesis. Comes complete with fantastic soundtrack, crunchy compressed screams, and copious amounts of Genesis gore. If you liked games like the Megaman X Series, you'll really like this.
