A while back I asked if this game was worth getting. Heard nothing but good things about it. Today I'm going to play it for the first time. Wish me luck :D

I got the DLC, but I wanted to end my "Challenge run of the base game" before going for the new missions. Turns out, I get saboteurs coming in to my hospital, with me having no idea how to fight them, as i didn't even get the tutorial about them from first DLC mission. I can see the items meant to deal with them in inventory, but when I attempt to craft them, it doesn't work. i still have "0" of them. It's been beating me up. What's killing me is the debt. And What's getting me into permanent debt is needing to pay all the staff I keep hiring just to attempt to handle the exponentially growing Throughput of Patients in the first two rooms that open up in the beginning. Training all my staff to be level 5 at the beginning doesn't feel like it does much, I tried two research rooms doing Exclusivity research, and that didn't really work to make the patient number go down to manageable levels. Can't get past 4.2 stars anyone else having this issue? I've had no issues getting 5 stars up until this point.
