You can listen to it from the title screen in a music menu.
You have a selection of tracks from several Dynasty Warriors games.
You have the option to repeat all, repeat one, or shuffle.
You can also create a playlist.
From what I can tell, you cannot use this soundtrack to replace in-game music. Edit: After clearing the game, you can replace a map's battle music with one of the soundtracks.
But the thumbs down / do not recommend for this is due to the music player takes up 4 GB of RAM and 2.5 GB of VRAM, but you don't even get a visualizer to go with them beats.
